PAYMENT OF GOODS
We accept the following credit and debit cards.Visa, MasterCard, Delta,
Switch and SOLO..
DESPATCH OF GOODS
We aim to deliver to European destinations within Five working days and
worldwide within Seven.
If there is a delay on your order which
will result in delivery being over 7working days, we will contact you to
explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new delivery date.
If the delay is unacceptable, you have the right to cancel the order with a
full refund.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail throughout the mainland UK
and Ireland.
Orders to non UK addresses are normally shipped via Royal Mail International
Airmail. Depending on the country shipped to, 5 – 15 working days should be
allowed from placement of order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it
to us in its original condition, along with your invoice within 7 days and
we will refund you in full the cost of the goods. Refunds will only be made
when we have received the returned goods.
We regret we are unable to refund mailing costs except where items have been
damaged in transit or shipped to you as a result of an error on our part.
If the wrong goods are supplied due to error or the goods are faulty, we
will refund you in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices are only valid whilst published on our web site. This does not

and over which we have no control such as pages cached by an Internet
service provider.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
quality flags will not be held liable for any local taxes or duties on
orders placed outside the UK.
